The President of Somaliland, Muse Bihi, addressed the recent defeat of the Somaliland army yesterday. Somaliland troops withdrew from the Sool region after an attack by SSC-Khatumo.
President Muse Bihi asserted that despite the losses suffered in the conflict, the Somaliland forces remain resilient and potent.
